Meetings

The Council meet for a Parish Council Meeting on the second Monday of every month alternating between Millennium House and St Ive Village Hall. Noticeboards will display the agenda showing start time and venue each month. Any change to the regular dates for Bank Holidays will be publicised accordingly. The start time is usually 7.30 pm.

A Parish Council Planning Committee Meeting takes place on the fourth Tuesday of every month which is directly followed by the Parish Council Finance & Administration Committee Meeting. These meetings are held at Millennium House and start at 7 pm.

Parish Council Parks and Open Spaces Committee, and Personnel Committee Meetings are scheduled to takes place in alternate months if there is any business.

All meetings of the Council and its committees and sub-committees are open to the public. Some confidential information, such as Personnel Committee and closed session minutes are not published.
